What is the best Internet (wireless) provider for travels surrounded by Europe beside a laptop?

I am going to Europe for two months and want to take my laptop (Dell). I call for to make sure that I hold good Internet nouns. I have a cell phone beside T-Mobile and at home Qwest DSL. What can I do with my laptop?

I live surrounded by Germany and use GMX. It gives me DSL 16,000 wireless. The connections are great and it is amazingly speedy! As soon as you click a link the subsequent page is open. Downloads are zilch. As for your cell phone, be careful! I know soo oodles people that own come to Europe and their phone works, but wait till you see the bill. I anticipate thousands of dollars!
