I am going to Europe for two months and want to take my laptop (Dell). I call for to make sure that I hold good Internet nouns. I have a cell phone beside T-Mobile and at home Qwest DSL. What can I do with my laptop?
Answer:
As long as the laptop have a wireless card either internal or external, it should pick up on any hot spot where on earth ever you go. The Internet Service Provider have nothing to do next to it, exept for when you have a see setup at home with your wireless router explicitly connect the your modem, which would be in some road connect to the Internet you pay for.
Vodafone, extremely popular and many countries... immediately depends where do u travel
I live surrounded by Germany and use GMX. It gives me DSL 16,000 wireless. The connections are great and it is amazingly speedy! As soon as you click a link the subsequent page is open. Downloads are zilch. As for your cell phone, be careful! I know soo oodles people that own come to Europe and their phone works, but wait till you see the bill. I anticipate thousands of dollars! Leave the phone at home and get one here next to a calling plan to the States, you can find them anywhere. But my advice is by and large for Germany, it depends where you are at. Have a great time!
