The question that other needs an answer is what are you going to do near it and how much money can you spend. I am partial to Dell because I purchased their E1705 model with lots of upgrades contained by December. You may like the E1505 because it's smaller. HP also have many models. You can shift to their sites and play around configuring their machines and looking for the best price. I recommend:
2 Gigs of memory
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, model T7200 or better
Upgrading the graphics to a GeForce Go 7900 GS or better.
buy a laptop with lots of RAM, plenty of tricky drive space, and intel core duo processor
Look for a used iBook. They are so much easier to use, so much less to bother near when it comes to viruses, compatibility beside other computers, (Most ALL MacIntoshs are compatible with EVERYTHING) WiFi, They enjoy everything one would need for conservatory. We needed a new complicated drive for our older iBook and found one for a pretty good price on ebay. I've seen some human being sold by folks not comfortable using computers with LESS WORK, selling iBooks within the classified ads!! Check it out.
how long does it take to learn asp
