What is the best laptop beneath $1500 for a student?

individually I reccomend a desk top over a laptop. They're cheaper and easier to upgrade.

Really, it depends alot on what you want the laptop for.
Check Wal-Mart and you'll probably save hundreds base on your initial number of under $1500. However, if you're a computer-science leading, then you might want a higher-priced model.
