There may be a few freeware applications out there, but nil for the PC really compares to Garageband. I've used some of the better audio production software. If you want something like Garageband for the PC, you're going to enjoy to shell out some cash. In the stop, it would be cheaper to buy a Mac mini, which is preloaded with iLife and, accordingly, Garageband.
try downloading Frooty loops
I believe KRISTAL audio engine is free, assuming you want free, lol. I have downloaded it previously, but didn't have adequate time to try it out.
