What flawless is an apple?

tastes well brought-up...good for you...an apple a afternoon, etc......
From what I've heard, here is pectin in an apple, mostly surrounded by the peeling. Some those beleive that there is more nutrition contained by the peeling than the actual apple itself.
Pectin also aides surrounded by keeping you regular if you get my drift!

If you want a computer that works, won't crash, and gain infected with virus, get a Mac.
